Domino's owner buys Del Prado building

The owners of a four-store Domino's Pizza franchise in Lee County — Nancy Drury and Scott Dennis — traded buildings with Richard Manner of Cape Coral in a move to bring one of their pizza stores directly on to Del Prado Boulevard.

Alpha-Omega buys 72 units in Reserve at Naples

Naples-based Alpha-Omega Cos. Inc. purchased 72 units in the 300-unit The Reserve at Naples condominium development near Pine Ridge Road for $3.2 million. The purchase price equated to $44,444 per unit.

Lee County buys 77 acres from Jamerson Farms

Lee County government purchased 76.69 acres of farmland running along the property line of Jamerson Farms from State Road 82 south to property owned by Florida Rock for $1.69 million. The purchase price equated to $22,000 per acre.

Fort Myers' Fiber Solutions buys new headquarters

The owners of Fort Myers-based communications contractor Fiber Solutions, purchased the 20,000-square-foot former Metro Plumbing flex building on Metro Parkway north of Crystal Drive for $900,000. The purchase equated to $45 per square foot of total building space.

IHOP franchisee buys second Naples location

Sunshine Restaurant Partners, an IHOP franchisee for Florida and Georgia, purchased a 4,050-square-foot former IHOP restaurant building near the intersection of Pine Ridge Road and Whippoorwill Lane for $1.1 million. The purchase price equated to $272 per square foot of building space.
