Naples doctor buys Willow Park building

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Dr. Farhad Irani, a Naples internist, purchased a 25,405-square-foot office building for $2.99 million.

The price equated to $118 per square foot.

Irani plans to relocate his practice, part of the Naples Medical Center, to the building from a leased location at 4035 Santa Barbara Blvd. The building will continue to house a land-development consulting firm on the second floor and a plastic surgery practice on the first floor. The third floor of the building — 3,500 square feet — is used for storage.

David Stevens and Clint Sherwood of Investment Properties Corp. handled the transaction.

“It was in a very good location,” Sherwood says. “It's very visible from Airport Road. The building was in great condition. It was fully improved except for the vacant square footage.”

The purchase company Rambeh LLC mortgaged the property to Regions Bank for $2.54 million.
