Pulte Homes has acquired 87 estate homesites in a luxury lakeside community in Naples.
The national homebuilder purchased the land in Caymas, a new 443-homesite community from Stock Development on Collier Boulevard between Interstate 75 and U.S. 41. Terms of the purchase weren’t disclosed.
Pulte Homes, a brand under Atlanta-based PulteGroup, will introduce new luxury estate floor plans designed exclusively for Caymas homebuyers, according to a release. The one- and two-story modern home designs will be near the community’s sprawling 18-acre lakefront amenity campus. Groundbreaking is anticipated for the Pulte model homes in the spring, with completion coinciding with the onset of sales later in the year.
“We are excited to partner, again, with one of the region’s top award-winning developers, Stock Development, to help realize the potential for this new unparalleled opportunity in Naples,” Josh Graeve, division president for PulteGroup Southwest Florida, says in the release. “The state-of-the-art amenity campus at Caymas takes resort living to a new level. In addition to the amenities this special location offers the appeal and close proximity to the vibrant shopping and dining of downtown Naples and Marco Island.”
Amenities at Caymas, the release states, include a beach-entry resort pool, a separate pool for laps and water aerobics and an “immaculate grand” clubhouse — all with sweeping vistas of an expansive lake.
The clubhouse will offer a pool cafe and bar, private dining, and rooms for cards, activities, billiards and a golf simulator. A state-of-the-art fitness center will feature the latest equipment, a dedicated aerobics studio and locker rooms with saunas.
