Charlotte County commercial, multifamily development land for sale

Two Punta Gorda properties are on the market and being represented by a Tampa firm.

The properties are a 13.53-acre piece zoned for multifamily and commercial and a 1.61-acre property zoned for commercial.

The adjacent sites are on Bermont Road and Duncan Road, surrounding the Winn-Dixie anchored Cleveland Market Place.

The larger piece is at 27750 Bermont Road. It has 9.58 acres set aside for multifamily and 3.95 acres for commercial development.

According to marketing materials from The Ross Realty Group, a previous plan called for 96 apartment units with a clubhouse. The asking price is $3.4 million.

The second piece is made up of three parcels at the southwest corner of the two roads. The asking price for that is $1.04 million.

According to Charlotte County property records, the properties are owned by a north Florida LLC that paid $100,900 for them in 2006.

The firm’s Elliott Ross and Chris Shryock are listed as the brokers.
