BH Group, a South Florida real estate developer, and Gold Standard of Care, a healthcare investment firm, have bought the AdviniaCare Naples campus and plan to rebrand and renovate the property.

The sale price was $10 million, 62.7% less than the $26.8 million the previous owner, an Illinois LLC, paid for it in 2021.

The 5-acre property is at 7801 Airport Road N. and is made up of 133 assisted living units and 40 skilled nursing rooms.

A spokesperson says that the partnership will change the facility’s name to AHAVA Senior Residences at Naples and AHAVA Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation – Naples. The process is expected to take about six to eight months.

The new ownership, according to a statement, will work “on property enhancements, renovations and campus beautification initiatives aimed at repositioning the property within the Naples healthcare market.”

BH develops luxury residential projects throughout South Florida, specializing in mid- and high-rise condominiums, condo-hotels, resorts and rental communities. Fort Lauderdale-based Gold Standard buys, develops and invests in healthcare real-estate assets.

The partnership’s focus is on healthcare real estate investments where, the firms say, ownership, improvements and specialized operations “can unlock value.”
