Fort Myers-based Juniper Landscaping is expanding on the east coast of Florida, with an acquisition.

The company it bought is Flawless Lawncare & Landscaping, which, according to a statement, has been serving Brevard County since 2005. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. The addition of Flawless brings Juniper to 25 branch locations throughout Florida, the release adds.

Flawless Lawncare & Landscaping specializes in providing landscape maintenance services to HOA’s and commercial properties.

“Partnering with Flawless gives Juniper an excellent opportunity to build its presence on Florida’s Space Coast,” Juniper CEO Brandon Duke says. "Michael and Lisa Cram have built a highly reputable maintenance business and we are excited to bring their talented team to the Juniper family.”

Juniper had $170 million in revenue in 2022. A portfolio company of Bregal Partners, Juniper provides a full suite of installation and maintenance services to homeowners’ associations, commercial, government and a variety of other clients. Juniper has 25 branches spread across Bonita Springs, Bradenton, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Fort Myers, Naples, Ocala, Orlando, Tampa, Venice and Vero Beach. Juniper is ranked in the top 20 in Landscape Management’s LM150 list of the largest landscaping companies nationwide.
