After more than a decade practicing law on the east coast of Florida, Brooke Benzio has joined a Naples firm, being named partner at the Naples office of Quarles & Brady.

Benzio was most recently a shareholder at GrayRobinson P.A. She worked at firms in Vero Beach and Port St. Lucie prior to a 10-month stint at GrayRobinson, according to her LinkedIn profile. At Quarles & Brady, Benzio will be a partner in the Estate, Trust & Wealth Preservation Practice Group.

"Brooke is an experienced trusts and estates attorney, and we are thrilled to add her to our strong Naples estate planning team," says Patrick Bitterman, national chair of the Estate, Trust & Wealth Preservation Practice at Quarles & Brady, in the statement. ”The team will benefit from her holistic approach to estate planning and ability to customize and respond to the vast and varied spectrum of circumstances our clients experience over the course of their lifetimes."

Benzio assists individuals and families with complicated legal and personal matters, including addressing transfer tax concerns, preserving familial wealth for future generations and providing security for individuals with special needs.

"Quarles has an excellent reputation for serving the needs of individuals, families and business owners with respect to estate planning, wealth preservation and probate and trust administration," Benzio says in the statement. "My clients will not only benefit from the firm's strong Florida presence, but as business and family life have become increasingly mobile, the firm's national presence and network of talented attorneys in numerous other areas of legal practice will be extremely valuable."

Founded in 1892, Quarles is a full-service AmLaw 200 firm with approximately 475 attorneys offering an array of legal services to clients ranging from individuals to small entrepreneurial businesses to Fortune 100 companies.
