Sales at Grandview at Bay Beach, the first luxury condominium tower built on Estero Island in more than a decade, continues to gain momentum with more than 60% of the building now sold. The sales momentum includes a record $10 million in sales in 10 days.

In addition, construction of the 11-story tower has reached the final floors, according to a statement. Grandview residences start from the low $1 millions and offer a pet-friendly living environment with no weight restrictions.

“As we get closer to the topping out, people are realizing Grandview presents a rare opportunity in the real estate market — new condominium residences, next-level amenities and occupancy by spring 2023,” says Mark Wilson, president and CEO of London Bay Development Group, which is building Grandview on the southern end of the island. “It fills a void in the area for new luxury condominiums in the tower market.”

London Bay commenced construction of Grandview in July 2021 to meet the pent-up demand and the low inventory of condominium residences in Southwest Florida, officials say. Its ideal walk-to the-beach location, elevated architecture and anticipated completion in spring 2023 is attracting both local and out-of-town homebuyers, company officials add.

Grandview’s 58 luxury residences offer panoramic views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Open-concept floor plans span 2,400 to 2,900 square feet with three and four bedrooms, up to three-and-a-half bathrooms, a den, and covered and open-air terraces. Each home has private elevator access and dedicated parking in the main garage. Six exclusive top-floor penthouses feature 11-foot ceilings and a private two-car garage.

Grandview’s on-site amenities focus on wellness and a resort-inspired lifestyle with inviting coastal interior design. The building offers a fitness center with state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment, a yoga studio with a mirror wall, barre and cushioned flooring, and men’s and women’s changing rooms. The complex is 2 miles north of Lovers Key State Park.
