NAPLES — A new Chick-fil-A and Aldi grocery store is coming to Naples, in the recently announced Addison Place retail center.

The center, from national real estate investment and development company WMG Development, is on the Northwest corner of the intersection of Immokalee Road and Collier Boulevard, according to a statement. Addison Place marks Naples’ second Chick-fil-A location and the fourth for Aldi in Collier County. The plaza also includes plans for a Heartland Dental office.

The 4,942-square-foot, 106-seat Chick-fil-A will include a drive-thru design featuring a full-size sliding door for convenient service, the release states. Business openings are expected in late 2021 with users fully operational by early 2022.

“We are so excited to be completing our second project at this intersection and continuing to contribute to Collier County’s bustling area of development and growth,” WMG Development Senior Vice President of Development Craig Kopko says in the statement. “Our team enjoyed working with our partners to provide prime dining and shopping experiences for the community.”

WMG Development is also developing The Shoppes at Verdana Village in nearby Estero, part of Verdana Village, a new master-planned community. WMG recently announced that Publix will anchor that project.

With offices in Illinois and Winter Garden, outside Orlando, WMG develops commercial real estate projects for a variety of industry segments, including retail, health care and restaurants. WMG Development is currently in 33 states and has more than 58 active projects.
