BONITA SPRINGS — A new condo project, in pre-construction mode, is taking reservations for units.

The three-building complex, at 26610 Rosewood Point Dr., will have a total of 75 units, according to a statement. Featuring nine and 10-foot ceilings, the units range from one bedroom with a den to three-bedroom floor plans, the release adds. Other amenities include modern kitchens with quartz and granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and designer cabinetry standard in all units; screened balconies; below-building parking with a private elevator lobby; and a resort-style pool and spa.

One-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom units start at $200,000; two-bedroom, two-bathroom units start at $230,000; and three-bedroom, two-bathroom units start at $265,000, the release states.

The Grant Group, an affiliated sales team with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, is the official listing team representing Botanika. The first building is expected to be ready for occupancy in 2019.

“New construction is in extremely high demand in Bonita Springs, particularly in this price range," says Doug Grant with The Grant Group, in the release. “We’re very excited to announce this pre-construction development and offer an affordable, new option to Bonita Springs homebuyers.”
