Homes in Ardena will be priced from the $600s to over $1 million.

NAPLES — National homebuilder Pulte Homes has announced a new 40-acre community of luxury single-family estate homes called Ardena.

The community will have a North Naples address in the sought-after Livingston Road location, according to a press release. It will include 77 estate homes, and nearly all of the homesites will have lake or private natural preserve views.

Ardena will offer new construction homes in Naples with a location west of Interstate 75 that is inspired by nearby sold-out Pulte communities Verona Pointe Estates and Camden Lakes, a statement says.

Homes will range from about 2,500 to more than 5,600 square feet with two- and three-car garages. The houses will be priced from the $600s to over $1 million.

“Ardena boasts a vibrant location near the area’s best beaches like Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park and Barefoot Beach County Preserve,” says Richard McCormick, president of PulteGroup’s Southwest Florida Division, in a statement. “Along with proximity to options for recreation and entertainment, Ardena homebuyers will enjoy the peace of mind of new construction, coupled with a choice North Naples address.”

Construction on model homes is expected to begin in early 2021. Sales are expected to start in summer 2021.

Pulte Homes is a national brand of PulteGroup Inc. PulteGroup is based in Atlanta with operations in more than 40 markets throughout the U.S. Its brands includes Centex, Pulte Homes, Del Webb, DiVosta Homes, John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods and American West.
