Luxury condo tower in works for downtown Sarasota

The project, named Evolution, is planned as an eight-story building with 20 units and a rooftop terrace, according to a statement. At 111 Golden Gate Point, the project, is expected to break ground in the first quarter of 2019, the release adds.
