Naples' newest luxury dining experience comes packaged in a cherry red food truck, bringing the opulence of a well-heeled caviar bar to weddings, private parties and VIP events across Southwest Florida. Gourmet Chariot is founder Nisha Singh’s attempt to create an interactive social experience around her fancy foods, turning delicacies like caviar into something “approachable, inclusive and experiential,” according to a release.
“I wanted to take caviar out of the formality of fine dining and into everyday moments of celebration — where it belongs,” Singh says in the release. “Because something this luxurious shouldn’t feel intimidating; it should feel inviting, joyful and just a little bit playful.”
Gourmet Chariot debuted in Naples in late May, bringing premium sturgeon caviar sourced from leading aquaculture farms to events throughout the region. Singh also brings a deep knowledge of caviar to Gourmet Chariot, providing flights of fancy fish eggs and leading guests on guided tastings to help them discern the differences in flavors and textures.

The mobile experience allows even novices to engage directly with the caviar bar in an inviting setting, creating custom bites, exploring tasting flights and enjoying guided pairings, the release says.
“It’s not just about serving a premium product. It’s about creating a sense of discovery, conversation and occasion wherever the Chariot appears,” Singh says in the release. “It’s a new, fresh and enjoyable way to taste, compare and fall in love with caviar.”
Drawing from an international career in luxury branding and consumer strategy, Singh says she created Gourmet Chariot to introduce a more globally-inspired caviar culture to the masses — passing on her understanding and lifelong appreciation for caviar’s “provenance, flavor and ceremonial service.”
Gourmet Chariot offers curated caviar selections in styles ranging from traditional bumps and classic blini’s — a small pancake typically made with buckwheat flour — to side-by-side caviar flights and rotating seasonal “#LuxeBites.” Guests are guided through each tasting, learning about the nuances of texture, salinity and finish during their sitting with all the ritual and refinement of a traditional caviar bar.
Optional champagne and pairing enhancements are also available, ranging from Blanc de Blancs to Cava, alongside a menu of zero-proof options.
