A 5.29-acre industrial property in Fort Myers has sold.

The property at 16420 Old U.S. Highway 41 was bought by a suburban Boston LLC named ARP Ft Myers for $2.65 million. The LLC’s address, according to Florida’s Department of Corporations database, matches that of Albany Road Real Estate Partners in Dedham, Massachusetts.

LSI Cos., which brokered the deal, says the seller was a trust.

The firm’s Max Molloy, Alex Henderson and Sawyer Gregory brokered the deal.

The firm also sold a piece of residential property in Naples.

That 6.74-acre parcel is at 4470 Santa Barbara Blvd. It sold for $3.1 million. The buyer was an LLC whose Miami address in the state’s database matches that of the real estate investment and multifamily development firm McDowell Housing.

LSI’s president and CEO Justin Thibaut and Alexis North brokered the deal.
