NeuroScience and Spinal Associates has leased 20,000 square feet inside a Naples medical center.

The practice, which specializes in neurology, neurosurgery, pain management, orthopedics, rehabilitation and diagnostics, office will be in the Southbrooke Medical Center on Immokalee Road. It is taking the entirety of the Phase II building and will use 14,000 square feet as an ambulatory surgery center with the remaining 6,000 square feet as an MRI Facility.

LQ Commercial, the commercial real estate firm that represented the property owner and announced the lease, says NASA, as it’s known, is expected to move in next year.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The center was developed by Gault Family Cos. The first phase of the 40,000-square-foot center was completed in 2022.

LQ announced in January that the original space was fully leased with Continuum Surgery Center, Designed to Smile Dentistry: All About You Med Spa and HealthQuest PT among its tenants.

According to a statement, the company is consolidating some its operations in the new space. LQ’s Naples co-broker and managing principal Mike Concilla says the relocation will be “an upgrade” from its current Naples office on Pine Ridge Road “in terms of access and ability to service more patients.”

Florida-based NASA's nine centers are in Southwest Florida. Two of those, and its business office, are at different addresses on Pine Ridge Road.

Collier County records show Gault paid $5 million for the property in 2021.

The Westport, Connecticut company also owns Gault Energy & Home Solutions and Stone Landscape & Supplies.
