NAPLES — Business and bankruptcy law firm Dal Lago Law has opened an office in Hackensack, N.J.
The Naples-based firm also has offices in Fort Myers. Dal Lago Law’s founder, Mike Dal Lago, is from northern New Jersey. According to a press release, he is passionate about supporting businesses in the area where he grew up. The new Hackensack office is at 2 University Plaza, Suite 100.
“I grew up in Northern New Jersey and my family ran a local business in Bergen County," says Dal Lago in a statement. "Our goal is to help small businesses in the area achieve prosperity whether they are experiencing financial distress or are profitable and growing. This expansion reinforces our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients not only in Southwest Florida, but also our clients based in New Jersey and New York.”
The new location will be helmed by Dal Lago, who holds licenses to practice law in Florida, New Jersey and New York. Dal Lago Law will add other attorneys as demand in the area increases. The firm will offer the same legal services he provides clients in his Naples and Fort Myers offices.
Services offered include supporting the entire lifecycle of a business, from formation and corporate governance to growth and maintenance. In times of financial distress, the team will offer its expertise and strategies in the areas of workouts, debt restructuring and business reorganizations.
Dal Lago has more than 20 years of experience providing legal solutions to small, mid-size and national businesses in the U.S., including in New Jersey, New York City and Southwest Florida.
