FORT MYERS — Attorney Courtney Lovejoy has joined Green Schoenfeld & Kyle, a Fort Myers law firm that specializes in estate and business planning, probate and corporate law.

With more than five years of business and legal experience, Lovejoy’s expertise includes probate and estate planning, including guardianships. She was previously an associate attorney with an elder law and estate planning law firm in Southwest Florida. While attending law school, she interned for a Florida magistrate, a nonprofit law firm and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida.

“Courtney has been a welcome addition to our firm,” says partner Kevin Kyle in a statement. “She brings a fresh perspective and is a natural complement to our firm.”

An accredited attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Lovejoy is a member of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, the Lee County Bar Association, the Lee County Association for Women Lawyers and The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University and a law degree from University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. She received multiple law school awards, including the Advanced Trusts and Estates Book Award.
