Frey & Son Homes names Jason Chang Collier County sales director. One-year sales include $29 million for D.R. Horton and $23 million for Mattamy.
BONITA SPRINGS — Veteran home sales and marketing executive Jason Chang has joined luxury homebuilder Frey & Son Homes as sales director for Collier County.
With more than 16 years of sales and marketing experience, he will be lead a sales team for Naples, Bonita Springs and Marco Island, according to a statement.
Chang began his career with Jack Parker Homes, selling homes at Grandezza in Estero. He relocated to China, where he prospected investment opportunities for international commercial real estate investment firm Jones Lang LaSalle. Later, he worked to develop new North American solar projects in the U.S., the release states. After returning to Southwest Florida, Chang worked with D.R. Horton, selling homes at Moody River Estates in North Fort Myers and Mockingbird Crossing in Naples, earning Sales Person of the Year honors for more than $29 million in sales. Chang was also PulteGroup’s National Salesperson of the Year in 2004.
“Jason has a highly versatile resume, and every single one of his ventures led him back to Collier County and the real estate profession, in which he has been incredibly successful,” says Frey & Son Homes President Berry Frey in a statement.
Prior to joining Frey & Son, Chang was one of Mattamy Homes’ top three salespeople in the nation in 2017 with more than $23 million in sales.
Based in Bonita Springs, Frey & Son has built custom homes for nearly 40 years in Lee and Collier counties including Mediterra, Bonita Bay, The Brooks, Audubon, Quail West and Port Royal.
