A 4,100-square-foot medical office condominium has sold in Fort Myers.

The property is Suite 1000 at 6150 Diamond Centre Court off of Metropolis Avenue. The buyer was local doctor Khalid Sabha, who paid $1.17 million, according to the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based commercial real estate firm NAI Burns Scalo.

Sabha, the firm says, plans to occupy one of the condominium’s units and lease two others.

Lee County property records show the previous owner was Cape Coral-based Bluewater Capital SWFL Inc. It bought the condominium in 2018 for $589,950.

NAI Burns Scalo’s Hanna Ray-Johnson, Shawn Stoneburner and Gary Tasman represented Bluewater.

The firm, which announced the sale, says it was on the market for about five months.
