Steve Davis is the new senior superintendent at Gates Construction.

BONITA SPRINGS — Steve Davis has been named by Gates Construction as senior superintendent. With more than 30 years of construction experience in an array of development types, he is responsible for daily onsite supervision of Gates’ projects including quality control, safety, security, project close-out and transition planning.

With experience in high-security, government and federal projects, Davis’ background includes multifamily, hospitality, health care construction and more. He will be based at the company’s headquarters in Bonita Springs.
