Benderson Development buys a 28-store portfolio of grocery stores

The purchase adds 4.5 million square feet to the company's extensive portfolio

East Manatee County-based real estate company Benderson Development, one of the largest retail landlords in the country, has acquired 28 Fred Meyer stores located throughout the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.
