FORT MYERS — Citing substantial growth during the past three years, employee-owned B&I Contractors has relocated its service department. The Fort Myers-based subcontracting and building services firm has expanded into space on Country Lakes Drive near Luckett Road, about six miles from its headquarters and manufacturing facility on Prince Street.

“We looked at several alternatives for expansion and relocating was the perfect fit,” says B&I Vice President of Facility Services Jeff Zenoniani in a statement. “We now add 6,600 square feet of office and warehouse space to our growing employee-owned company.”

Located near Luckett Road exit off Interstate 75, the new space also provides better access to the Southwest Florida region. Established in 1960, B&I has offices in Fort Myers, Tamarac, Sarasota and Tampa. The company specializes in construction and building maintenance services for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pipefitting, refrigeration, sheet metal and CAD engineering for clients in commercial, institutional and industrial businesses.
