AVE MARIA — Home sales have remained brisk at Ave Maria, a new town under development in eastern Collier County. The master-planned community reports 120 new home sales for the year through June 30 by its three homebuilders, CC Homes, Del Webb and Pulte Homes, according to a statement.
Ave Maria is also the leader in residential new home sales in Collier County, according to a recent MetroStudy report. “Our home sales represent a strong first half of the year demonstrating Ave Maria’s appeal to the home buyer who is considering Collier County,” says Ave Maria Director of Development Cee Cee Marinelli in the statement. “Ave Maria is all about lifestyle and affordability, which resonates with buyers of all ages including young professionals, growing families and active adults.”
A self-sustaining town, Ave Maria includes schools, shopping and dining, employment opportunities, parks and recreation and more. At build-out, the town may include as many as 11,000 residences and 1.7 million square feet of retail, office, and business park uses on 4,000 acres.
The town offers 20 model homes in three neighborhoods priced from the low $200,000s. Del Webb Naples offers single-family homes in their exclusive active adult neighborhood for residents 55 and older with prices from the high $100,000s.
