Area skin care manufacturer develops product to treat hands during COVID-19

FORT MYERS — Trilogy Laboratories has developed a hand mask to replenish moisture to itchy, dry and irritated hands.

The Fort Myers-based company developed the products because people are washing and sanitizing their hands more frequently during COVID-19. The hand mask uses three active ingredients — Pentavitin, mallow extract and edelweiss — to combat the effects of harsh chemicals people are using during the pandemic to kill germs, according to a press release.
