Kolter Group open sales office for planned Vue Sarasota Bay

The Kolter Group has opened the sales gallery for Vue Sarasota Bay, a proposed 18-story luxury condominium tower for the corner of Gulfstream Boulevard and U.S. 41 in downtown Sarasota. Construction on the project is scheduled to start in May for completion in late 2016. Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Asscociates of Coral Gables designed the project.
