General Services buys Hamlin at Lake Brandon

General Services Corp., a Richmond, Va., company that owns multiple apartment complexes from Largo to Bradenton, has acquired the 360-unit Hamlin at Lake Brandon complex for $60 million, according to Hillsborough County property records.
