Kinward at Spencer Glen, a build-to-rent community in Riverview, has begun leasing its first 48 units.

The community, being developed by Tampa-based Eisenhower Property Group’s build-to-rent division Kinward Living, is at 10040 Blackstone Creek Court near U.S. Highway 301 and Big Bend Road in Hillsborough County.

The initial units are just a small percentage of the total community, which remains under construction and set to be completed late next year.

When it is finished, Kinward at Spencer Glen will have 172 townhomes, including three- and four-bedroom units. Each will have access to garages and screened-in lanais.

According to the community’s website Thursday, the units available now range from a 1,586-square-foot three-bedroom starting at $2,399 per month to a 1,788-square-foot four-bedroom starting at $2,949.

The Riverview development is the first project to open for Eisenhower’s Kinward Living.

According to a statement, Kinward Living has 2,000 units under development across the south. That includes Kinward at Two Rivers scheduled to in Pasco County later this year.
