A beachfront condo in Naples, owned by a longtime prominent auto dealer from the Midwest who died of leukemia last month, has been listed for sale for just under $15 million.

The condo is The Vanderbilt at Vanderbilt Beach, 9235 Gulf Shore Drive, Unit TL-2. The listing price is $14.99 million. The listing brokers, according to a statement, are Leah Ritchey and Amy Becker of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Vanderbilt office.

The owner, Collier County property records show, is Jeff Wolfe, through an LLC. Wolfe died Feb. 5 after a sudden occurrence of leukemia, according to his obituary. Wolfe joined his father, Jay Wolfe, at Jay Wolfe Pontiac in Kansas City in 1976. Along with his sister Cindy, the company, Wolfe Automotive Group, grew to 20 franchised auto dealerships in five Midwestern states. Jeff Wolfe, the obituary states, was named to the National Dealership Council for both the Acura and Saturn brands.

The condo, meanwhile, is a “reimagined residence (that) encompasses more than 6,100 square feet under air with a 5,700-square-foot private beachfront terrace complete with a heated pool and spa, summer kitchen, fire pit and direct steps to the sand,” a release on the listing states.

Other features of the residence include:

  • A private elevator opens directly into the home, where floor-to-ceiling glass frames panoramic gulf views from nearly every room.
  • Three en-suite guest bedrooms with terrace access, a spacious den and an expansive primary suite featuring a private office, fireplace-accented bedroom and spa-inspired bath with custom wardrobe.
  • The chef’s kitchen pairs refined materials with performance-driven design, offering gas cooking, dual dishwashers, climate-controlled wine storage and quartzite waterfall countertops.
  • A deeded and fully equipped private guest suite down the hall provides independent accommodations with its own bedroom, bath, kitchen and living area.
  • A private lobby-accessible garage with lift accommodating three vehicles.
  • The terrace, the release states, is a “a scale of outdoor living rarely achievable in condominium architecture. Its breadth rivals many gulf-front estates while preserving the advantages of high-rise ownership."

Wolfe, through the LLC, bought the unit in 2011 for $4.75 million.
