Sarasota lab to pay $980K over kickback, false claims allegations

A now inactive Sarasota laboratory will pay $980,000 to resolve allegations it violated the Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida.
