A dental service organization based in Sarasota is launching a dental practice in Hillsborough County as part of a strategic expansion in the Tampa Bay area. Parkview Dental Partners is creating a de novo practice in Westchase, northwest of Tampa.

"Westchase is a highly attractive and growing community, and we see a clear opportunity to build a practice that delivers exceptional care while meeting increasing patient demand,” Parkview Dental Partners CEO Rene Sauerteig says in a statement.

The Westchase practice will provide a full range of general dentistry services. Currently, Parkview is recruiting a lead dentist to anchor the practice, the release states. A projected opening date was not immediately available.

Including the new clinic, Parkview Dental will be supporting 26 practices in the Tampa Bay region. In April, the organization acquired a clinic in Pinellas County, and in 2025 it acquired practices in Sarasota and St. Petersburg.

"This new practice launch reflects our disciplined approach to market expansion," Sauerteig says. “With our established clinical and operational presence in the region, we are well-positioned to successfully develop and support this new location.”

Founded by dentists, Parkview Dental Partners is a dental growth and management partnership that provides services like insurance and billing, HR, practice management and marketing.

Parkview Dental Partners is supported by Cathay Capital, a global private equity and venture capital investment firm that helps middle-market health care, technology and consumer companies navigate opportunities for growth. It manages more than $5.5 billion in assets.
