A three-building industrial portfolio at the Lakeland Commerce Center in Polk County has sold for $67.7 million.

The buyer is MDH Partners, an Atlanta commercial real estate investment firm, according to JLL Capital Markets, which represented developer Stonemont Financial Group in the deal.

The portfolio includes buildings 100 through 300 and totals 557,100 square feet. Atlanta based Stonemont recently completed the rear-load industrial buildings situated on 28.5 acres at 3490 County Line Road off of Interstate 4 in Polk County.

The company sold a fourth building in the center last year. That 348,740-square-foot cross-dock facility was bought for $50 million by the South Korean consumer electronics manufacturer LG Electronics USA.

As for the latest three-building sale, JLL Capital Market’s Cody Brais, John Huguenard, Luis Castillo, Taylor Osborne, David Orta Jr. and Mia Gian worked on the deal.
