A home sale in a prominent Naples golf community has broken a record in the neighborhood but trails far behind some of the high sale prices coming from other areas in the city in recent years.
The home at 4300 Brynwood Drive is in the Quail West Golf & Country Club community and sold for $11.3 million. That’s 32% higher than the previously highest sale price in Quail West — $8.55 million — set in 2023, according to a statement from the listing broker.
While an impressive amount of money that would break records in a lot of communities, Naples is a city where one residential property is currently listed at $271 million and another at $34.9 million, down from $39 million.
Then there is the waterfront mansion that sold last year for $85 million and trio of homes that sold to a single buyer for $225 million a year ago— one for $113.17 million, one for $46.91 million and one for $44.91 million.
(It should be noted that all but one of those properties are in the prestigious Port Royal neighborhood, about 22 miles south of Quail West. The one that isn't is an estate in Olde Naples.)
As for the Brynwood Drive house, the 11,160-square-foot estate has six-bedrooms, eight-bathrooms and sits on a 2.2-acre double lot. It was built in 1995 and, according to William Raveis Real Estate, which brokered and announced the sale, “has been meticulously renovated with custom finishes throughout.”
Among its features are a primary suite with a steam room and private courtyard; a main living room with 24-foot ceilings and zero-corner glass sliders; a resort-style pool and an outdoor kitchen; and a second-floor level only accessible by private elevator.
Quail Hollow is a private community with a 36-hole Arthur Hills-designed golf course and a 100,000-square-foot clubhouse. The community includes approximately 700 homesites across estate, villa and custom home configurations.
According to William Raveis, 40 sales have closed in the community in the 12 months ending February 2026 — an 18% increase year-over-year — with $172.3 million in total closed volume.
The buyer of the Brynwood Drive house was not disclosed and Collier County property records have not been updated. The previous owners, Larry and Cassie Sidebotham, paid $5.25 million for it in 2024.
William Raveis’ Matt Brown represented the sellers.
