Wrench Group, a national home services company based in Sarasota with dozens of brands nationwide, has picked up another entity: Pompano Beach-based Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing.
Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
The addition of Lindstrom, founded in 1975 by Carl Lindstrom, now gives the Wrench Group a presence in 28 markets, including Tampa and Sarasota-Bradenton. Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing, according to a statement, serves more than 100,000 homeowners in Southeast Florida with air conditioning, heating, plumbing, and air quality services.
“We are thrilled to join the Wrench Group family, as they are truly the nation’s home services leader,” Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing President Jeff Lindstrom says in the release. “This partnership will allow us to grow and serve even more homeowners across Southeast Florida while continuing our tradition of service excellence that our customers have come to know and love.”
Lindstrom has approximately 300 employees and its service area includes Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties. It has offices in Pompano Beach and Port St. Lucie.

Wrench Group brands are spread across 15 states. The locations, with brands that date back to the 1940s, provide home repair, replacement and maintenance services specializing in heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing, water, electrical and related services. The company, with a corporate office in downtown Sarasota, collectively serves more than 2 million customers annually with more than 7,300 employees.
