One Park Sarasota, an 18-story luxury condo development on the city’s waterfront, has opened a new sales gallery after having sold 50% of its units.
The gallery, run by Coldwell Banker Realty, is at 20 N. Lemon Ave. A spokesperson for the property did not respond to an email asking what the 50% mark translated into in dollars. In February, developers said sales in the first three months had topped $150 million.
One Park is going up on the Boulevard of the Arts and North Tamiami Trail.
The tower, when complete, will be made up of 123 two-, three- and five-bedroom units ranging from 2,760 square feet to 8,460 square feet. Prices start $2.8 million. In addition to those units, there will be a One Park Penthouse Collection with six apartments with private rooftops, summer kitchens and plunge pools.
Units in the tower will come with 12-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, a lighting package with recessed lighting, dimmers and lighting control, fully built-out closets and a midnight bar in primary bedrooms. These will go along with a list of outdoor amenities including a resort-style infinity pool, a private theater room and a wellness spa.
According to a press release, the new sales gallery will feature a 10-by-16-foot LED wall that highlights both the complex and bay area, a full-size model kitchen and an owner’s suite grand closet.
One Park is scheduled to begin construction early next year and is expected to be finished 28 to 30 months later.
