MARCO ISLAND — Premiere Plus Realty Co., one of the largest independent real estate companies in Southwest Florida, with more 1,100 agents, recently opened a new office on Marco Island.
The company, which has been growing rapidly of late, adding more than 30 agents each month, celebrated the opening of the office with a ribbon-cutting Nov. 16, according to a statement. The office is at 886 Park Ave., Suite 103.
“The Marco Island office is a convenient place where agents can meet clients in a professional setting with full administrative support,” says Eric Gallus, CEO and co-owner of Premier Plus Realty Co., in a statement. “It's a beautiful modern facility with the latest technology and conference rooms to help our clients buy and sell their island homes.”
Based in Naples, Premiere Plus Realty was founded in 2003. It. It offers agents 100% commission, and support that includes coaching, training, technology, legal resources and access to lending sources from five offices throughout the region. It now has offices in Olde Naples, Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs and Cape Coral.
