The Neighborhood Health Clinic, a nonprofit that helps provide medical and dental care for working uninsured residents in Collier County, has appointed five new board members.

The board members include:
• Michael Autera, a retired Bristol-Myers Squibb executive, who oversaw multiple divisions in Eastern Europe for the biopharmaceutical giant;
• Dr. Thomas Brick, a dentist who is rejoining the board after previously serving six years;
• Adriana Buitrago, director of the Hispanic Institute at Hodges University;
• Catherine Perez, who volunteers at the clinic as translator; and
• David Wolff, a pharmacist and clinic volunteer.

The five board members join 12 current board members, 20 paid staff and the approximately 250 physicians and dentists, 100 nurses and 150 non-medical personnel at the Neighborhood Health Clinic. The clinic provides services for more than 8,600 patient visits a year.
