SARASOTA — Search Wizards Inc. announced that founder and CEO Leslie O'Connor will retire and ownership of the company will transfer to COO Miranda Hinshaw.
Hinshaw will also assume the role of CEO, according to a press release. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Search Wizards focuses on talent acquisition, providing resources in sourcing, recruiting and support roles to complement existing teams and build new teams.
"It has been an exciting, rewarding and incredible 19-year journey with Search Wizards," says O'Connor in the statement. "What started as a one-woman shop grew into a successful global agency.
