Stream Realty Partners has landed the leasing contract for a Tampa office property in the city’s Westshore commercial district.

The building is The Landing at Westshore, a 115,740-square-foot office property at 4110 George Road, just off Independence Parkway near Tampa International Airport.

Stream, in a statement, says the three-story property has a recently renovated fitness center, on-site café and lounge. It is currently available as a full-building headquarters with naming rights and top-of-building signage.

The desired lease terms were not disclosed.

The Landing is in Independence Park, a 44-acre mixed use development that currently includes 277 multifamily units, with an additional 350 residences expected to be finished next year.

Dallas-based Stream was founded in 1996 and, according to the statement, has $11.5 billion in office, industrial, retail, healthcare, land and data center property transactions annually.

The firm’s K.C. Tenukas and Nick Baldwin will lead the leasing for owner ReGain Investment fund.
