Stephen Guzman's 41 N. Fort Myers Real Estate Investment LLC purchased a 7,000 square foot retail building near the intersection of Pine Island Road and U.S. 41 for $500,000.

Bank of Naples finishes headquarters

Bank of Naples has completed construction of its headquarters and main banking office at 4099 N. Tamiami Trail. The project began last summer to upgrade the 36,000-square-foot, four-story building.

Lee County buys 56 acres for preserve

Lee County government purchased 56 acres at the eastern end of the Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve next to Interstate 75 and north of Penzance Road for $1.5 million.
