The ground-floor retail portion of a St. Petersburg condominium tower has sold.

The five-tenant, 14,000-square-foot space is in Echelon City Center in Carillon Park just off Interstate 275. The building’s owner, Walton Street Capital, bought the space, according to the Tampa commercial real estate firm Franklin Street.

The firm did not disclose a sale price, but Pinellas County records show it sold for $6 million.

The space is fully leased with a tenant mix that includes Publix Liquors, Back Bar, Feathersound Smiles, Modern Medical and Brothers Thomas Bespoke Café.

Franklin Street says several leases extend through 2031 and beyond.

The firm’s Jason Donald and Madison Chaney represented the seller, Third Lake Capital.
