A more than 5,800-square-foot home in Lido Shores has changed hands. The property at 424 Bowdoin Circle sold for $13.37 million, according to Douglas Elliman, the real estate firm that handled the listing.
The sale closed June 12. Joel Schemmel of Douglas Elliman represented the seller, while Linda Driggs of Michael Saunders & Co. represented the buyer.
The Paul J. Galeski Revocable Trust and Paul J. Galeski, trustee, were the sellers, according to Sarasota County property records, which show they bought the property in 2017 for $2.1 million.
Amy L. Becker, a trustee of the Amy L. Becker Trust, of Dubuque, Iowa, was the buyer, according to Sarasota County deed records.
The house was listed in 2025 for nearly $15 million, the Business Observer previously reported.

Among the highlights of the West Indies-inspired home are views of Sarasota Bay; floating island kitchen with waterfall edges, quartz-topped bar with wine storage and a wine wall; elevator; primary suite with spa bath, outdoor shower and Zen garden; deepwater dock with 20,000-pound boat lift and fishing area; and outdoor kitchen with smoker, grill, wok and side burner.
About 0.2 mile away, another Lido Shores home was listed for nearly $13 million this spring.
