A Longboat Key resort is offering a special package for anyone looking to wave the flag on the country’s semiquincentennial July 4 with a little bit of style.

The price tag, a cool and patriotic $177,600.

The holiday-themed vacation stay is at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort, which has unveiled what it is calling “The Gilded Gulf,” an exclusive presidential package created to celebrate America's 250th anniversary next month.

Available as a single booking over the July 4 holiday, the St. Regis says the five-night experience includes a presidential suite takeover, personalized fireworks featuring the guest's name, bespoke couture, a custom heirloom handbag, private culinary experiences, patriotic spa treatments and, given the price tag, more.

The promotion coincides with another package the resort is offering, this one tied to the FIFA World Cup 2026 which begins Thursday, July 11.

That package includes four nights in the presidential suite at the St. Regis Longboat Key Resort following two nights in the presidential suite at its Miami Beach sister property, The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort.

It includes a three-hour tour on a 70-foot yacht, a private driver in a Bentley to take you to a game in Miami (match tickets not included), butler service and a chance to watch matches with up to six guests at a “luxury oasis” with stadium-quality sound and nation-inspired cuisine.

The cost for that package: $187,000.

Since the World Cup and the America 250 celebrations overlap and both offer up the single presidential suite at the St. Regis Longboat Key Resort, could there be a double booking?

Not to fear, says a spokesperson.

The Gilded Gulf package is a one-time experience available exclusively over the Fourth of July weekend, the spokesperson writes in an email. The World Cup package is available on a limited basis between June 8 and July 21, subject to suite availability.

“The offerings can coexist without issue, with the Fourth of July weekend reserved specifically for The Gilded Gulf experience.”

(Details on how many of the World Cup packages have sold were not available Tuesday.)

So, if you decide to skip the neighborhood poolside July 4 celebration and buy the Gilded Gulf package, here, according to the St. Regis, is some of what you'll get:

  • A red‑white‑and‑blue night swim in a salt-water lagoon along with over 3,000 marine life.
  • Caviar‑topped hot dogs served on demand during the entire stay.
  • A 250‑minute Stars & Stripes spa journey which includes red light therapy, a white quartz facial massage and a blue algae body wrap.
  • The Astor Heirloom, a custom handbag created exclusively for The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort by designer Gretchen Bauer of the Sarasota-based design house BSWANKY. The bespoke piece comes adorned with a vintage Swarovski eagle brooch.
  • In the presidential suite there will be monogrammed robes, linens and pillowcases “styled with a presidential-inspired aesthetic” along with curated patriotic couture selections from the Sarasota boutique, The Met Fashion House.
  • A luxury driving experience from The Sarasota Motor Club featuring a red, white or blue exotic vehicle.
