A Lido Shores estate in Sarasota has sold for $15 million. At 1067 Westway Drive, the property features 100 feet of Gulf frontage. It was listed for $20 million in February, and the sale closed July 15.

Thomas and Paula McInerney, whose address in records is listed as in Westport, Connecticut, are the sellers. They purchased the home for $13 million in 2006, according to Sarasota County property records.

The buyer is Florida Rhea Reserves LLC, with an address of 4241 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Unit 502, on Longboat Key, according to deed records.

The 1.82-acre estate on Westway Drive includes a six-bedroom home with seven full baths and two partial bathrooms, according to a statement. Spanning more than 7,400 square feet, the residence has five guest suites and a master suite with beachfront terrace, boutique-inspired dressing room, spa bath and fitness space. Additional highlights are a grand atrium with marble staircase, multiple rooftop terraces, private theater, two executive offices, infinity-edge pool and four-car garage.

Coldwell Banker Realty’s Monica Verinder listed and sold the property, representing both sides of the transaction.

About 0.2 mile away, another Lido Shores home on Westway Drive was recently listed for $14.9 million.
