Lakewood Ranch nursery sold to Georgia company

A Lakewood Ranch landscaping and nursery supply wholesaler has been sold to a publicly traded company. CC Landscaping Warehouse Plus, located at 16100 State Road 64 E., was acquired by SiteOne Landscape Supply Inc., which is headquartered in Roswell, Georgia. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

“This acquisition enhances our presence in the growing Bradenton market and establishes a footprint to expand our product lines in the area to better serve our combined customers,” SiteOne Chairman and CEO Doug Black says in a statement.

SiteOne Landscape Supply’s customers are primarily residential and commercial landscape professionals specializing in lawns, gardens, golf courses and other outdoor spaces.

The acquisition of CC Landscaping Warehouse Plus marks the seventh acquisition in 2025 for SiteOne, which did $4.54 billion in net sales in 2024.
