Tampa-based coffee brand Buddy Brew announced Monday its first expansion to California.

Buddy Brew’s canned cold brew BOLT, named for its origins in the "lightning capital of the world," according to a statement from the company, will be sold in Erewhon Market through a distribution deal. 

Erewhon Market is a grocery chain that began in Boston in the 1960s and now comprises 10 markets in Los Angeles County. According to the company’s website, it was founded on ideals built around an organic diet and is considered the first natural foods store in the country.
