Cape Coral-based Scott Robertson Auctioneers has rebranded to a new name: Champion Fundraising Auctions.

The company has helped nonprofits, schools and charities nationwide raise more than $500 million over the past 29 years and the new name, according to a statement, “reflects the company’s mission to be a champion for the causes of the organizations they work alongside.”

Scott Robertson will remain at the helm of the company, the release states. Robertson and Champion Fundraising Auction’s Sara Rose Bytner, a third-generation auctioneer and an international champion auctioneer, are only two of 151 auctioneers in the United States to earn the designation of Benefit Auctioneer Specialists awarded by the National Auctioneers Association Designation Academy.  Robertson and Bytner also teach at the designation academy held annually in Las Vegas, the release states.

“We are the best at what we do and are champions of the industry,” Robertson says in the statement. “We are also passionate about the great work of the non-profit organizations we serve and how their work positively affects the lives of so many.  We take great pride in helping them raise funds, and we are honored to play a part in making the world a better place.”

Champion Fundraising Auctions provides complete access to pre- and post-event consultation and night-of-event services. Clients receive guidance on the order of live auction items, timeline assistance and expert advice on the special appeal.
