A top-notch realty brokerage announced it promoted Shelley Whiteside to senior regional marketing director for the Sarasota region.
Whiteside has been with Naples-based Premier Sotheby’s International Realty since 2016. With the promotion, she’ll oversee regional marketing plans, media buying and corporate training for the office locations in Lakewood Ranch, Longboat Key, Sarasota and Venice Beach.
She brings 20 years of managerial experience in the marketing and sales industry to the position. The firm is spread across 40 locations in Florida and North Carolina with roughly 1,400 sales professionals.
“Shelley is a talented marketing professional who has proven to be an invaluable contributor and asset to our organization,” Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Chief Marketing Officer Kathy Forrester says in a release. “We are delighted to expand her leadership role in the marketing department, fostering the continued growth of our firm.”
