FORT MYERS — CFS Roofing Services, a $30 million company, has moved its Lee County headquarters and acquired seven acres for a new operations center.

The new headquarters is at 8831 Business Park Drive off Lee Road in Fort Myers, according to a statement. The value of the project or price of the land wasn’t disclosed. CFS Roofing Services’ fleet, slope and flat divisions will operate in a temporary space on the seven acres the company acquired while it builds a new operations center, the release adds. The company has 200 employees.

“We were blessed to find 18,000 square feet of ready-made office space and 3,000 square feet of warehouse space to house our corporate functions, administration, sales, business development, marketing,  estimating and service division, as well as our sheet metal shop (temporarily),” says CFS Roofing Services and Dr. Goodroof President David Crowther in the statement. “This expansion is going to help our community offerings and be a state-of-the-art facility that our employees will thrive in.”

CFS Roofing Services is a full service, licensed and insured roofing contractor. Founded in 2010, it serves both commercial and residential markets and its services include re-roof and new construction projects. It also operates a sheet metal fabrication facility. Revenue increased 43% last year, from $20.98 million in 2018 to the $30 million figure in 2019.
