Bank plans $30 million investment in new headquarters

Fort Myers demolition, construction and architect firms teaming up for new FineMark building.

FORT MYERS — Three Fort Myers firms are collaborating to turn the site of the Atrium building at 8695 College Parkway into the new headquarters of FineMark National Bank & Trust. Stevens Construction and subcontractor Honc Destruction are demolishing the 127,000-square-foot Atrium. Stevens Construction will replace it with the new, 60,000-square-foot FineMark headquarters with design services by Studio+ Architects, according to a statement.
