MANATEE COUNTY — Best Home Services has acquired a 15,000-square-foot building in south Manatee County, which will allow the Naples-based residential air conditioning, electrical, plumbing and drains contractor to expand its northern headquarters.
At build-out, the new facility at 6720 33rd St. E. will allow the company to add 150 jobs, according to a press release.
“We will fill more than a hundred Best trucks by 2021 to better serve the Sarasota and surrounding communities,” says co-owner Keegan Hodges in a statement.
In addition to providing space to meet growth expectations, the new location will allow for greater operational efficiency. Best currently operates at 7216 21st St. E.
“This new building will be the centralized operations facility for our customers stemming from Charlotte County to Hillsborough County,” says co-owner Chadd Hodges in a statement. “We’re excited for what the future holds for us in Sarasota and Tampa.”
Established in 1980, Best Home Services employs 230 people with offices in Naples, Fort Myers and Sarasota.
